An aromatic medium sweet sparkling wine with notes of musk, sage and honey on the nose and a taste of just picked grapes.

Winemaking

The famous Italian D.O.C.G. sweet sparkling wine is crafted by gentle whole grape pressing. Must is fined, filtered, then fermented in pressure tanks using Charmat method at low temp. Best enjoyed young for remarkable freshness. Ready shortly after bottling due to special techniques
