Medium deep magenta. Immediately rusty and ferrous with a complex mix of dark cherries, white pepper, boiled lollies and lavender. Medium to full bodied and with a core of tight fine structural and savoury tannins around which the complex mix of red and blue fruits, light aniseed and black pudding flavours are tethered. Lively and ethereal with wonderful length.

Hand-picked fruit was gravity-fed to French oak demi-muids, utilizing 100% whole bunches and wild fermentation for structure and spicy aromatics. Following 11 days on skins with late foot-stomping, it was pressed into a single four-year-old 600L French oak demi-muid for 11 months of aging, then bottled unfined and minimally filtered.
