This South Atlantic Rosé is made from a unique assemblage of Uruguayan Marselan, Tannat and Pinot Noir grapes. The Marselan gives a distinctive violet tint to the pink, and there are gorgeous white peach and tangy raspberry lemonade notes. The refreshingly dry and crisp palate is rounded out by a hint of vanilla, and finishes with a splash of sea-spray.

Winemaking
The freshness of the ocean allows early-harvesting of the red varieties for bright aromas and firm acidity, ideal for making aromatic rosé wine. Made from Pinot Noir, Tannat and Marselan, which are gently pressed and fermented separately before blending according to the Familia Deicas Tasting Committee led by Santiago Deicas.
