Winemaking
Hand-selected grapes are harvested in small crates and immediately chilled to 8°C. Following around six hours of skin maceration and gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel at 15-17°C. The wine remains on fine lees for approximately ten months, with regular bâtonnage during the first six months, enhancing texture while preserving freshness.
