Process
El Jimador Reposado Tequila is made with 100% blue Weber agave. After the diffuser its naturally fermented and double distilled. It then enjoys a two month siesta in hand-made American oak barrels until the perfect moment.
People
Named after the Jimadors - the Mexican farmers who harvest the agave plant. It takes skill and practice to become a master. El Jimador is the result of generations of producers, from farmer to distiller, who are passionate about their craft.
Place
El Jimador is created in Amatitán, Jalisco, a region renowned for its Tequila distilleries.
