A light amber colour. Light and fruity on the nose. On the plate it offers flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits, overall it is smooth and delicate, with a long rich textured finish.

Process
After harvest, fermentation and distillation, Don Papa Rum is blended to perfection by their Master Blender before bottling. This rum is aged for 7 years.

Don Papa Rum was founded in 2012 by Stephen Carroll and his partners Andrew John Garcia and Monica Llamas. The brand is inspired by the rich sugarcane heritage of Negros Occidental, Philippines, often referred to as "Sugarlandia.
Place
Don Papa Rum is created on the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon in the Philippines, where the finest sugar cane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is the embodiment of the Spirit of Sugarlandia.
