The core blend features eight historical Grands Crus (Aÿ, Bouzy, Verzenay, Mailly, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize, Le Mesnil) and the legendary Hautvillers Premier Cru. Dom Pérignon uniquely selects grapes from all 17 Champagne Grands Crus. The 2008 vintage was magnificent - one of their best - requiring extra bottle aging to fully express itself.
