Process
Courvoisier VS Cognac is a blend of several crus aged between three and seven years. The final blend is a secret, but it is principally composed of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne.

Courvoisier is produced in Jarnac in the Charente region of France. Terroir is everything in Cognac production and as one of the "big 4", they tend to be able to pick their Ugni Blanc grapes from the best locations.
