Serve
An ode to the French garden and as bright as a button. Crisp, intensely fresh nose with yuzu, orange and melon rind in particular. Juniper drives the heart but floral violet and a spicy touch of fennel and Sichuan pepper close the show.
Process
Jardin d'Éte is distilled with 22 botanicals including juniper, lemon, orange, cardamom, cubeb, coriander, nutmeg, Sichuan pepper, cinnamon, fennel, star anise, savory and more. It's then infused whole lemon, melon flesh, orange peel & yuzu zest.
