An elegant and incredibly balanced wine, its time in neutral oak barrels leaves velvety tannins and a superb silky mouthfeel. A red to enjoy and appreciate all year round. Hand harvested grapes, de-stemmed and slightly crushed grapes go into stainless steel vats for regulated fermentation using natural yeasts. Cap management: Twice daily pump overs. Only free run juice used, no pressing. Full malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months minimum in aged French Oak Foudres. .
