Manually harvested from 2 select parcels of old vine Grenache & Cinsault, pre-sorted in the vineyard, further quality checks before the whole bunches are placed into the press. 100% free run juice, no direct pressing. Natural yeasts in thermo-regulated stainless-steel tanks, full malolactic and aged on fine lees for min 6 months.

Super Rose, a real treat!
I bought this for my wife's birthday as a special treat and what a treat it was! I heard this wine is super rare and they only make a few hundred cases a year, they should make more its absolutely delicious! Really elegant and expressive, surprisingly complex too for a rosé and creamy. Shows beautiful minerality, you can tell the grapes are well cared for and are grown right by the sea.
