Winemaking
Sourced from four Willamette Valley vineyards, this Chardonnay is hand-harvested and gently pressed. Thirty-seven percent is barrel fermented and aged eight months in large French oak 3% new, while 63% ferments in stainless steel. Both lots undergo malolactic fermentation, softening acidity and creating a refined, elegant texture with balanced oak influence.
