The nose has a medium intensity with clean and powerful aromas. Strong varietal character in which black fruit and floral aromas are mixed with toasted and spiced notes from the oak aging. On the palate the wine has a soft attack, with a wide persistent finish and good freshness.

CARE is a manifestation of the old Roman word for the region of Carinena, but also the fact that these are the hand made wines of the bodegas receiving extra special attention and care. Made from 100% Cariñena grapes, the wine is aged in 8 months in oak barrels for a strong varietal character.
