Winemaking
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a long skin maceration to extract colour, flavour and refined tannins. The wine is then matured in oak barrels, adding complexity, spice and a smooth, well-balanced texture before bottle ageing.
