Winemaking
Made from 100% Sangiovese, Brunello Il Poggione is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with 15–20 days of maceration for phenolic extraction. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in large French oak casks and then in bottle, developing complexity, structure, balance, and longevity.
