Bullards Spirits was created by Craig Allison and distiller Peter Smith. The former was managing a Gin bar when he was offered the chance to buy a still. He couldn’t quite resist, and roped in tonka-obsessed fudge maker Peter right away. Alan Partridge be damned, Norwich has something new to be proud of – Bullards Spirits. Like a magnet for awards, this brand are proving themselves to be astute trend-watchers and flavour makers – the whole range is worth a look.
