Baileys

Baileys Irish Cream was created by Tom Jago of Gilbeys of Ireland (now Diageo) in 1971 who upon making the initial test with a broader team remarked that it "didn't taste punishing". Bailey's is now one of the biggest names in the drinks industry, yet manages to remain true to it's Irish heritage through both the Irish whiskey base and the cream used (from County Cavan).
