1800 Tequila

1800 Tequila is owned by the Beckmann Family (who also own Jose Cuervo Tequila). Originally, it was known as Cuervo 1800, but while the familial ties remain, such was its success and the demand for more that it became a stand-alone brand.

Named after the year tequila was (allegedly) first aged in casks, the 1800 Tequila range is made from blue agave grown on family-owned ranches grown high above the sea in mineral-rich soil in the highlands, and bottled in Jalisco, Mexico.
