Process
Mondays and Tuesdays will be the main distilling days for Bone Idyll and will see the distillery closed to customers. Each pour will be finely crafted in two 100 litre copper pot stills
People
Married duo Sam & Alex Berry founded Bone Idyll. Merging distilling and hospitality, the idea makes use of their links to Teddington restaurant One One Four, No97 in Surbiton and The Hideaway in Thames Ditton which they are also involved in.
Place
The innovative and creative spirits brand is based in the heart of Kingston where Mondays and Tuesdays are the main distilling days, while the rest of the week operates as a bar and distil your own experience venue.
