Winemaking
Fermentation takes place at low temperature, to produce fruitiness and bubbles, followed by vacuum distillation, also at low temperature, where alcohol is removed, while preserving the wine’s aromas, flavours and freshness. The wine is then aromatised with an infusion of natural rose petals, for a final floral boost.

As mainly a 'heavy red' drinker I was most surprised by the 0% offering. Clean, fresh and flavoursome. I have to say this is my favourite 0% wine to date. P.S. Loved some of the reds but no room here.
