A full bodied rosé to welcome in the Summer

With rumours that we might see 20 degrees this weekend, I have turned my eye to rosé wine.
Tucked away in a small, niche corner of the Clare Valley, Australia, Skillogalee’s beautifully contoured and mature, established vineyards form the catchment area for the beginning of the Skillogalee Creek, where owner and winemaker Dave Palmer crafts this full bodied, big rosé. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, this is not a delicate, by the pool wine, but one to draw in the summer with a big hurrah.
