Process
Molasses made from Louisiana sugarcane begins the process and once it's distilled in copper stills, Bayou Rum is rested for up to 30 days with a special blend of creole baking spices, which imparts both flavour and an amber colour.

First launched in 2011, deep in the heart of Sugarcane Country, Louisiana Spirits founders Tim and Trey Litel and Skip Cortese They vowed to craft a Louisiana rum for the world to enjoy.

The Bayou Rum Distillery is located in Lacassine, LA, utilising traditional methods with state-of-the-art technology from fermentation through distillation, maturation and bottling.
