Hand-harvested organic Barbera grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with extended skin maceration to maximise colour, flavour and soft tannins. The wine is then matured in French oak barriques before bottle ageing, adding texture, complexity and subtle spice while preserving Barbera's vibrant fruit and freshness.
