Winemaking
Crafted by renowned winemaker Dermot Sugrue, the 2015 Rosé is vinified in a stainless-steel tank. The red wine was cold-soaked on skins for several days, which adds colour and red fruit essence. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier were fermented and aged separately. Only the Chardonnay undergoes malolactic fermentation.
