94/100 - Arriscado is the only white wine in Eduardo Eguren’s head-turning line-up, sourced from a vineyard in San Vicente de la Sonsierra called El Llano in the lower part of the village. Based on Viura with the remaining 25% made up of Garnacha Blanca, Malvasía, Turruntés, Doña Blanca and Calagraño, it has lovely pear and pink grapefruit flavours, understated oak, a touch of iodine and a chiselled, almost Riesling-like finish. 2027-31
