Appellation Lunlunta shows a deep violet colour with purple reflections. The nose offers concentrated aromas of ripe red and dark fruits with traces of vanilla and mocha. The mouthfeel is rich and concentrated, with blueberries and blackberries notes and a touch of leather and cinnamon. The finish presents well integrated supple tannins.

Winemaking
This wine goes through an extensive cold maceration for some grape lots of 2-5 days at less than 50oF (10oC) to extract aromas. The juice is then fermented for around 8-14 days with a total maceration of approximately 3-10 days. Ageing for 11-13 months in 100% French Oak barrel: 15-35% new, second and third use barrels.
