Notes of cherries, plums, black figs, balsamic, cocoa and dusty minerals. On the palate, its profoundly complex and impressive. Juicy red and black berries are joined by plums, black cherries and pomegranate, with rich tones of coffee, bitter chocolate, herbs and spices coming in on the finish. The ample tannins are polished and rounded and will support long ageing.

Winemaking
Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeast in a mix of large oak vats and stainless-steel tank. Wine is aged 12 months in a 50/50 split of French and American oak, with 33% of the oak being new.
Press Review
95/100 - Tart, juicy red and black berry fruit drapes against rounded, expansive tannins and pronounced oak from its youthfulness. The full-bodied Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot are destemmed and triple-selected from estate vines and then gravity flowed into stainless steel and oak vats. Large-format French and American oak come into play during the 12 months of aging. This is still a baby, but it’s already full of tremendous sophistication, delicacy, and seamless elegance.
