Corvina and Rondinella grapes, grown in the Valpantena valley, are concentrated by air-drying in Bertani's Grezzana winery. Fermentation is stopped to produced a sweet, full-bodied, velvety red, with intense morello cherry, elderberry and mint aromas, and a powerful, spiced, black-fruited palate, with bittersweet cacao notes. A fabulous match for blue cheeses or rich chocolate torte.

Winemaking
Made by naturally drying the fruit in the Grezzana winery. Fermentation is interrupted when sugar residue is at 120 gr/l. It is then aged in cherry wood barrels for about 12 months.
