Del Maguey

Del Maguey was founded in 1995 by Ron Cooper. Every product in their collection is made by individual family palenqueros (producers) in old-style villages. They were one of the pioneers in crediting each product after the village where its made. A ‘single village Mezcal,’ Del Maguey Ibérico Mezcal is produced in Santa Catarina Minas, a small village in south-western Mexico famed for its mezcals.
