De Martino Winery is a family-owned winery located in Isla de Maipo, Chile, founded in 1934 by Pietro De Martino, an Italian immigrant. Since its earliest days, the family have built on a reputation of willing to challenge convention, from bottling and labelling Chile’s first-ever flagship grape variety, Carménère, to constantly seeking innovative and exciting regions to produce wine within Chile to really push the boundaries of winemaking.

The ambition to challenge the norm has been wholeheartedly embraced by De Martino’s 4th generation, of Sebastián and Marco. Sebastián who oversees viticulture and winemaking, has been instrumental in redefining the estate’s style. Under his guidance, De Martino moved away from heavy oak and high alcohol toward a fresher, more approachable style, paving the way for others to follow. Marco works on commercial side of the business, ensuring De Martino’s pioneering ways, continues to reach wine lovers in every corner of the world.
