The second time I've picked Picpoul for my "wine of the week" in a month, but this grape is just too good in hot weather to ignore! The Languedoc’s answer to Muscadet. Crisp, dry, refreshing. Partners very well with seafood dishes. I highly recommend this wine, with hints of lychee on the nose, really fresh and clean on the palate, and just perfect when the temperature (outside) rises.
