Trimbach, Riesling Réserve 2010
With this month's Trimbach offer, we had the honor of re-tasting the whole range. What great wines!
They can age for years, with the Frederic Emile hitting it's peak after 10 years or more, each wine changes in nature and flavour. For the moment though, the best wine for drinking right this minute, is the Riesling Reserve 2010. It's put on a little weight (please no comparisons with myself), with the honey and citric flavours really coming to the front, finished and balanced by a wonderful minerality.
