Prosecco, Brut Quartese, Ruggeri DOCG NV
It's on the rise, Britain can't get enough of it, but it's not all the same as Angela Mount pointed out in her Italian Fizz article here. Ruggeri and one of the top family run producers in Italy and my favourite from the range has to be the Quartese which has the balance of Prosecco fun and seriousness of what a true DOCG Prosecco can deliver, bubbly apples, nectarines and a beautiful freshness.
