Croix des Champs, Sauvignon de Touraine 2013
We've just tasted a dry and zesty Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley that could be Sancerre, but at a fraction of the cost!
This is really lovely, textbook Touraine Sauvignon Blanc - Fresh and minerally with grass and lime aromas, which follow on the palate. A softly textured crisp white that is lovely and refreshing on it's own, or would pair beautifully with goats cheese, flaked fish or lemon chicken.
