The latest information on COVID-19

The Great Western Wine team sends our very best wishes to all our customers at this difficult time. We are doing everything we can to fulfil the high demand that we are currently experiencing, while adhering to all current guidelines relating to COVID-19, although please be aware that there are significant delays on our normal order delivery time.

With this in mind, please note the following amendments to the services we offer:

Delivery

We are busy delivering wine direct to customers right across the country, and we have reduced the minimum order for free delivery to £50. Orders are most easily placed online, as our telephone team are extremely busy at the moment.

We are currently handling an unprecedented volume of orders. Whilst we've thrown all the resources our parent company, Enotria&Coe, can throw at it, we're running behind. Everyone is working around the clock to resolve this, whilst maintaining a safe working environment for the warehouse team who cannot work from home. Current delivery lead time is around 7 days.

Our Shop

In line with government guidelines issued on 23 March, the The Great Wine Co. shop is now closed until further notice. We are obviously desperately sorry about this, and are looking forward to welcoming customers as soon as we can.

Click-and-Collect

In line with government guidelines issued on 23 March, we are suspending our click-and-collect service.
