Lively, fresh with long finish. This wine is made in a 'Pet Nat' style (short for Pétillant Naturel), which is an ancient method of making sparkling wine, in which the yeast used to create the bubbles is not removed, resulting in a cloudy appearance and contributing to the overall flavour and texture of the wine.
