Seven Crofts

Seven Crofts was co-founded by Helen Chalmers (who oversees distilling duties) and Robert Hicks. They began to develop the idea in 2017 and after eighteen months of experimenting and 96 recipes, Seven Crofts was born. The Highland Liquor Co is named after (and based in) the original seven private dwellings that made up the fishing station planned on the shores of Loch Broom in 1791 (now Ullapool).
