With all this weather, I find my mind wandering to sunnier climates. This week, I've been thinking of and tasting Tuscany, will the rolling hills and beautiful coast line. Their reds are world famous but you must try this white. Produced with the Vermentino grape, cultivated by Cecchi along the warm, sunny coast of the Tuscan Maremma it gives off summer fruits with a nutty richness. I could do with a glass of this over looking the Tyrrhenian Sea as the rain lashes down outside.
