An absolute cracker, we think just about the best value for money red wine we've ever tasted. Not one to miss. Fermentation and maceration occur at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where the three grapes (predominantly Tempranillo) are co-fermented. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into American oak barrels where it is aged for 4 months. This is a wine with a satisfying mouth-feel, black fruits character, good acidity gives backbones and structure - and a lingering tasty finish.

I forgot how fresh Navarra wines can be - this is concentrated but fresh with berries and licorice and inky black fruit. So enjoyable to drink! It may have been in oak but you can’t tell. For the price it’s a wonderful wine.

Made from Tempranillo grapes (88%) with a small amount of Merlot (8%) and Grenache (8%) the grapes were fermented in stainless-steel tanks at temperature between 25 - 26ºC until alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was completed. The wine was then aged for 3 months in American oak before stabilisation and bottling.
